Kilo Maui was founded by a serial entrepreneur who simply couldn't find the quality and speed he demanded in home building. That market gap became an opportunity — a chance to bring sharp business discipline and a relentless eye for detail to Western North Carolina, where craftsmanship and timelines should never have to compete.
